The studio is big enough for two people to share. The studio has a private
entrance and easy access to the laundry, rec room and back yard.
The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer,
utility sink and cabinet. There is a large garage rec room with the laundry.
The house downstairs floors are original oak
hardwood with a tiled kitchen and bath. The house upstairs is carpeted with a
tiled bathroom. The studio is all tiled floor. In the backyard there is a
30-foot wide deck along with the 80-foot tall coast redwood tree; all
accessible from the house kitchen, downstairs bedroom and the studio apartment.
There are four-spaces of driveway parking plus two
permitted street parking spaces.
Looking for a group of compatible friends who are
clean, respectful and will coexist peacefully.

premises (This is a family-student housing area).
